Kyocera 4012i photocopier refilled ink but still reported out of ink

Hello everyone, I have a question for you guys. Kyocera 4012i photocopier reports out of ink. I refilled the ink but it still shows an error. What's the problem? Anyone who has refilled the ink, please tell me how to fix it

There's also the toner chip. After refilling the toner, remove the toner chip
