Sony Vaio laptop starts slowly, keyboard error

I have a Sony Vaio laptop - model SVF153B1QW
The situation is as follows
- The machine takes a long time to start
- When it starts successfully, the keyboard does not work
- I ghosted it and the keyboard is normal again, but when I turn off the machine and turn it back on, the keyboard does not work.
I took the machine to be repaired and the technician said the main part was broken and repaired it ok, but when I need to use it, the machine has the same problem
Please help me, experts

Oh my god, 8g ram but installing 32bit win only received 3gb, the win version is personalized to the device information, the keyboard error may be related to the mainboard, but need to check again, if you are interested, you can message me

Wherever you fix it, take it there for warranty 😃 Any place that fixes it has some warranty

Reinstalling Windows and reinstalling drivers is fine. Ghost often has errors. But it could also be a hardware error, the keyboard cable contact with the mainboard is loose or dirty because the machine is old. You have to check directly to know how it is
