Check the machine and ADF firmware version.
Proceed to Step 3 if there is no new firmware released.
Run the firmware update when there is a new firmware released.
Check the harness. Replace the harness if it is disconnected, or damaged.
Replace the IPU.
Check if there are any signs of a short circuit on the SPDF/ARDF Main Board. If there are any defects, replace the board.
