My laptop is having trouble connecting to the mouse

Everyone, please tell me my laptop is having trouble connecting to the mouse. I have tried both wired and wireless mice, but the computer does not receive the signal. I have deleted and updated the driver but it still does not work.

Try going to settings to update everything + the latest Windows version, then reset the computer and see how it goes
