Konica bizhub 450i photocopier, black print

Can I ask, Konica bizhub 450i, every time I print pdf or any highlighted line, it gets like this. Does anyone know how to tell me and I will thank you.

You adjust the resolution in the print driver or install the printer according to the correct driver of the machine

Only the PDF file is black, is the word excel file black?
