HP Neverstop laser 1000w printer cannot pull paper 1.jpg

I have an HP Neverstop laser 1000w that cannot pull paper, the machine was bought new, probably just printed 1 side of an A5 file. Now it has an error. It does not take paper. I checked and when printing, the Formater board does not supply power, it seems like the CPU does not control the signal to the Relay (24V coil) but there is no dead component. If you guys are experts, please advise me or introduce a shop that can handle it or fix it at home, that would be great. I bought a Formater board online but the shop sent me the wrong 1200w board, I tested it and it still does not take paper (it seems that the 1200w only adds the scanning function so printing still uses the same). I am not sure if the board I bought has the same error as my board.

Does the computer recognize the printer? If the computer still recognizes the printer and can print, and the print command can still print, check the relay, the paper pick-up wheel...

The computer still recognizes the printer, press the print command, the printer still receives the command and the machine runs to print, only the command to close the electromagnet (coil) is that the CPU does not output a signal so there is no 24V for the coil to pull the gear into the paper winch 😭. That means the machine still receives the print command but does not pick up the paper

This error is a paper not pulling error. After a certain period of time, if the paper does not go up, the printer will report an error. Because the paper does not go up, after a while the machine reports a paper jam

All are experts, users are bold enough to disassemble
But a printer mechanic with 2-3 years of experience might not dare to repair this one

I specialize in repairing circuit boards from industrial to civil. If you have a machine at home, take it out and check it. Report to anyone who can use it (repair or collect the body), then let's get to work. It's a pity to throw it away

If you can fix the circuit board or something, it's not certain that you can fix this printer. Each person has their own job. Printer repairmen don't know how to fix the motherboard but they will definitely fix your printer's error
