Hp 2055d printer error 10.1000

Do you have any way to fix the Hp2055d error 10.1000? I replaced the new ink cartridge.. replaced the old chip and bought a new chip but it still happens.. checked the chip contact jack, everything is ok... every time I restart it shows an error.. can anyone help?

It's still the chip error, now I've replaced the box with a new one but it's a box with a Chinese chip and it's still the same.
Many devices need the company chip to be accepted.

This error only occurs when turning off the machine and turning it back on, pressing ok will print again.
Have to accept it.

Take the toner cartridge from the running machine and install it to see if the error is gone
