Accordingly, a Twitter user @TheGalox_ has revealed the alleged specifications of the upcoming Sony Xperia 1 III smartphone. If today’s leak is correct then this phone will carry quite a few upgrades over the previous generation.
If you recall, Sony revealed the price of the Xperia 1 II a few months after its launch. This phone is marketed for a price of 7,838 yuan. According to today’s sources, the Xperia 1 III will have a 6.5-inch OLED screen that supports 4K and HDR resolutions. The same size shows that Sony still uses a 21: 9 aspect ratio on its next flagship.
Although @TheGalox_ doesn’t say anything about the display’s refresh rate, it does say it will be about 15% brighter than the previous generation. Inside, it’s not surprising that Xperia 1 III will be powered by Snapdragon 888 chip, support 5G connectivity, have at least 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal memory.
In addition, a source today said that the Sony Xperia 1 III also supports water and dust resistance up to IP65 or IP68. Finally, despite having quite a few upgrades, the phone is still priced at the same price as its predecessor. Let’s wait and see!
