From the above data table, we can see that the total number of teachers at the center is 23 people, of which male gender accounts for 52.17%, female rate is 47.82%. In terms of professional qualifications, the number of people with graduate degrees is 13.04%, the percentage of people with university qualifications is 60.86%, and the percentage of people with college qualifications is 26.1%. Undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications accounted for 73.9%
Because the center was newly established, teachers with more than 3 years of teaching experience only accounted for 34.78%, while teachers with less than 3 years of experience accounted for 65.21%.
The rate of teachers receiving vocational training in pedagogy is 56.52%, teachers receiving training in pedagogy account for 34.78% and the content of training in vocational management accounts for 8. ,96%

In 2014, the percentage of teachers with excellent results in the non-agricultural occupation group was 23.07%, teachers with good results accounted for 53.84%, the percentage of teachers with average results was 23, 07%. In the agricultural occupation group, the percentage of teachers with excellent results is 20%, teachers with good results account for 60%, and the rate of teachers with average results is 20%.
In 2015, the group of non-agricultural occupations with excellent results for teachers accounted for 30.76%, the percentage of teachers with good results was 61.53%, and teachers with average results were 7.69%. For the agricultural occupation group, the percentage of teachers with excellent results is 10%, teachers with good results account for 70%, and the rate of teachers with average results is 20%.
By 2016, the rate of teachers achieving excellent results in the non-agricultural occupation group was 30.76%, teachers achieving good results accounted for 61.53%, the percentage of teachers achieving average results is 7.69%. In agriculture, the percentage of teachers with excellent results is 40%, teachers with good results account for 50%, and the percentage of teachers with average results is 10%.
From the above table, we can see that the percentage of teachers with good results is mainly concentrated in the non-agricultural occupation group, while the agricultural occupation group in 3 years has only 6 teachers with excellent teaching results. From 2014 to 2016, there were also 11 teachers who rated average teaching hours, thereby showing that the quality of teachers' teaching is not uniform in terms of expertise, the percentage of teaching hours reaching the average level is found in the agricultural occupation group. occupations and non-agricultural occupations.

- Cons: In the performance of teachers' timekeeping at the center, there are 3 contents that have not achieved good results, only rated as good and average.
2.2.4. Current status of trainees' vocational activities
Since its establishment, every year the center has completed and exceeded the plan assigned by the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs of Bac Kan province and the People's Committee of Ngan Son district. In the three years from 2014 to 2016, the Vocational Education and Training Center of Ngan Son district has provided vocational training for 893 rural workers at primary level and regular vocational training with major occupations such as welding and machine repair. agriculture, food processing, bamboo and rattan, food crops, safe vegetables, mushroom farming and veterinary husbandry.
There were 354 trainees participating in 01-month vocational training classes, 02-month vocational training classes with 320 participants and 219 students participating in 3-month vocational training classes. After graduating from vocational classes at the center, there are 487 students working in cooperatives and enterprises, 325 students creating jobs in the locality, there are 81 students without jobs. after graduation.
The total number of apprentices at the center has gradually increased over the years. 289 people in 2014 and 309 people in 2015, an increase of 20 people compared to 2014. In 2016 the number of apprentices at the center was 350, an increase of 41 people compared to 2015 . In addition, the center also links to study and test for licenses to drive A1-class two-wheeled motorcycles for 803 people. Simultaneously associated with Bac Kan Vocational College, successfully trained 20 intermediate students (electrical major); Associate with Thai Nguyen College of Commerce and Tourism to open intermediate cooking classes for 35 students.

In 2014, vocational trainees achieved excellent results in the non-agricultural occupation group with an average rate of 26.2%, the average rate of vocational trainees
achieved good results of 68.2%, the rate of students achieving average results was 5.6%. The excellent results of the trainees in the agricultural vocational group have an average rate of 14.25%, the average rate of trainees getting good results is 76.25%, the rate of trainees achieving the average results is 76.25%. average is 9.5%.
In 2015, the excellent results of the trainees in the non-agricultural vocational group had an average rate of 27%, the trainees with the good results accounted for 72.8%, the percentage of trainees who achieved good results average is 2.2%. For the agricultural occupation group, the average rate of students with excellent results is 14.25%, vocational trainees with good results account for an average of 78.75%, the percentage of trainees with good results has an average rate of 14.25%. The average result is 7%.
In 2016, the rate of trainees in the non-agricultural vocational group achieving excellent results was 28%, the average rate of vocational trainees achieving good results was 68.6%, students achieving average results accounted for the percentage of students with excellent results. rate is 3.4%. The average rate of good results of trainees in the agricultural vocational group is 14%, the average rate of trainees getting good results is 78.25%, the rate of trainees getting the average result is 78.25%. 7.75%.
From the above table, we see that the percentage of trainees at the center graduating with good grades is over 90% for the two groups of occupations trained at the center, which are non-agricultural and agricultural. There are a number of vocational training groups of 100% good and good graduates such as civil electrical engineering and food processing engineering.
From 2014 to 2016, the percentage of non-agricultural vocational trainees who achieved excellent results increased by about 2% (from 26.2% to 28%), the percentage of agricultural trainees who achieved good results good results increased by about 2% (from 76.25% to 78.25%), the percentage of students achieving average results in both occupational groups decreased by about 2% over the years.
2.2.5. Actual situation of facilities and equipment for vocational training
Since its establishment, the Center has been interested by the provincial Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs to invest in facilities and vocational training equipment to serve vocational training for rural workers in the district. .
