* Comment:
The above data show that, at present, in centers, the method most commonly used by administrators and teachers working in Vietnam is "the method of discussion and exchange", 80.1% of which frequently use this method. This is why, because these are groups of easy-to-use career counseling methods, through two-way interaction with students, teachers receive information directly from students. From there, give students timely and useful advice.
Some groups of methods with a very high level of never being performed at the center are “family history research methods” (74.2%); “method of multiple choice” (49.5%); “method of using machine tools” (45.7%).
Studying family history is an additional method to help administrators and counselors understand more accurately about the family situation and the students themselves. Thereby helping the counseling work to give the right advice, more suitable to the students' family conditions, gender, health, and intellectual capacity. However, this is a demanding job, with a lot of time and effort of managers and teachers doing consulting work. Moreover, this is a job that requires dedication, voluntary work, there is no funding source to pay for this activity. Therefore, this method has not been given adequate attention.
The methods of using multiple-choice or mechanical tools for career advice only stop at a simple level, mainly machines are auxiliary devices such as computers, projection screens, sounds...etc, but not yet. must be the machines and equipment to measure the necessary psychological qualities for the profession as applied in many developed countries. In many countries around the world, the combination of tests to measure students' psychological indicators and support machines helps to provide quite complete information about each student's psycho-physiological characteristics. . From there, experts give more comprehensive and scientific advice to students. In our country, in order to effectively implement this group of methods, the
The center needs experts trained in educational psychology, economic and financial conditions to purchase equipment for the work of TVET. Therefore, it is obvious that this group of methods is rarely practiced at present.

The above data shows that the organization of TVET activities at the Center for Continuing Education - Hanoi - Chi Linh Enterprises, Hai Duong is currently organized quite diversely, with a combination of many forms of TVET, of which two are The most commonly used, most often, are: “ Direct career counseling by leaders, teachers,
implementation center's youth union " and " Indirect counseling through the center's media such as bulletin boards, libraries, books, newspapers, loudspeakers, radio, internet. .. ". This is the task, also the mandatory requirements of the centers, so the above form of TVN is fully implemented by the center.
As a unit in the Continuing Education discipline, performing 3 functions of continuing education, vocational guidance, and vocational training, the target audience at the Center has many limitations in terms of enrollment quality, self-consciousness. , striving spirit, not properly oriented career choice for the future. Therefore, the Center always upholds the role of career counseling, which is one of the contents of the management of pedagogical activities. In recent years, the Center has paid close attention, directed, applied initiatives in management, and has flexibility in career counseling for students, so it has attracted a large number of students. students, students studying.
The form of consulting in combination with socio-political organizations, businesses, experts, universities, colleges... is less often done. The center is now affiliated with schools in Chi Linh town, such as Sao Do University, Licogi Vocational College, and Vocational School of Road Mechanics, so the form of vocational counseling is expanded and more diverse. . Sometimes there is a combination with affiliated institutions to provide career advice to students.
2.3.4. Information system serving career counseling activities for students at the Center for Continuing Education - Career - Vocational Training Chi Linh, Hai Duong Province
One of the important factors to support administrators, teachers and students in teaching and learning activities is the source of information for this activity. In the process of choosing a career, where did students get this information from? To answer that question, we conducted an investigation, the results obtained are as follows:

* Comment:
The data table shows that, at present, the source of information for students' TVN activities is mainly taken by students from: " Information researched by students on the internet, books and newspapers ", the frequency is 100%; “ Information provided by family and friends ” is also very supportive, with a frequency of 80.6%. The above situation shows that the work of TVET for students at the center currently has many limitations and inadequacies. The information system from administrators, teachers, experts and school communication has not played a decisive role.
In fact, in high schools, the Center for Secondary Education, the source of information that helps students gain an understanding of career options most does not come from the school but from the Internet. As a result, students underestimate the role of schools in helping them understand careers and choices
career in accordance with self and social needs. The reason is that the implementation of vocational counseling activities is not effective. Vocational training at school only helps students to form basic and elementary knowledge about the profession, but does not have much influence on students' decision to choose a career.
Through the process of managing and observing the current career counseling activities at the Center, there are still many difficulties and shortcomings. The awareness of managers, teachers and even students about the importance of career counseling activities for students at the center is still not thorough, there is no typical model of career counseling for students to study. The content management of the vocational counseling program is not clearly a separate field of work. There is not yet a team of professional teachers to do career counseling, and students have not received any training and professional training to improve their ability to do career counseling for students. There is not much information system for career counseling for students. The examination and evaluation of the results of career counseling activities for students at the Center is not yet available.
The lack of information on majors and occupations leads many students to be confused in choosing schools and majors. Students choose a career after graduating from high school according to social trends, but not according to their own abilities, aspirations and conditions. This not only causes students to waste time, effort and money, but also causes an imbalance in labor in society.
2.3.5. The team participating in career counseling for students at the Center for Continuing Education - Career - Vocational Training Chi Linh, Hai Duong Province
Today's TVET activities for students to be effective require the coordination of many forces. However, if this activity is not focused, the team involved in TVN work is thin, leading to low quality of TVN. To know the actual situation of the team participating in the work of TVN for students, we conducted research and obtained the following results:

* Comment:
Through the data table, it is shown that the staff involved in the teaching and learning activities for students at the Center for Continuing Education - Hanoi - Enterprise Chi Linh, Hai Duong are mainly performed by the teachers at the center, the frequency of which accounts for 86 .0%, followed by management staff, the frequency accounted for 48.4%. The coordination with other forces outside the school can be done but at the level of association, inviting career consultants at universities, colleges, businesses, socio-political organizations... little is done. The main cause of the above situation is mainly due to the fact that the management staff are not fully aware of the need to coordinate with the Vietnamese forces outside the school; Next, the funding source for the implementation of the coordination consulting program is still limited.
From the situation analyzed above, the team of teachers working as consultants at the center today are mainly part-time teachers, contract teachers, not a team of full-time teachers, well-trained in activities. TVN. Therefore, TVN activities have not achieved good results. The quality of TVN activities is not high, so the source of information to students is not enough. The majority of students in the group of research subjects, when choosing their future career, are
have to look up and find out more from the internet, family, friends...etc. The above situation shows that the work of fostering and training teachers to be TVN officers is a very important task of each center. to improve the quality and effectiveness of education and training of students.

* Comment:
The above data shows that the center has paid attention to " Directing teachers to research initiatives and experiences to develop current career counseling models ",
the regular level reached 69.4% and “ Training and learning effective career counseling models of other centers in the country, the frequency reaches 50%. Through practical research, at present, at the Center of Secondary Education - Hanoi - Chi Linh Enterprise, Hai Duong has not yet built a model of TVET for students in an orthodox, practical way. That is the reason why managers always direct teachers to actively build experiences to find effective TVET models. Through the process of training, learning from experience, the TVN model of other centers in the country has produced good models, but when applied in each locality and region, it has its own characteristics, requiring guidance. Additional research for these models to be applied effectively. However, the fact that this work is currently at the center has not been paid enough attention by the management staff. Expressed in the content: "Directing research to build vocational counseling models suitable to students' psychophysiological characteristics and local realities ", at the level of "sometimes" (41.7%), "never"( 50.0%) is a pretty high result. Besides, monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the applied TVN models has not been paid due attention by the management staff. After all, an effective TVN model is one that brings a lot of job suitability to students after graduation. In other words, this is the process of tracking the career success of students after being trained by TVN.
2.4.2. The current situation of content management of the vocational counseling program for students at the Center for Continuing Education - Career - Vocational Training Chi Linh, Hai Duong Province
The quality and effectiveness of TVN activities depends a lot on the management of TVN program content. The program content is good, but the loose management will limit the effectiveness of TVN's activities. To answer these concerns, we conducted research on managers and teachers at the center. The results obtained are as follows:
