Specifically, the AnTuTu listing reveals the iPad Air 4 is being tested with a version with 4GB of RAM and 256GB of internal memory. The device is model number iPad 13.1 and it is running on iPad 14.0.1 operating system. The machine achieved an overall score of 660,038 points. CPU performance is 183,817 points while the GPU score is 261,927.
While the iPhone 12 only got a total of 564,899 points. Its CPU performance score is 167,894, which is 9.5% lower than the score of the iPad Air 4. Moreover, the GPU score on the iPhone 12 is also lower at 201,085, showing a difference in performance of up to 30. %. In terms of RAM, the iPhone 12 also has 4GB of RAM like the iPad Air 4.
According to a report from AnTuTu, perhaps Apple’s A14 SoC runs more stable with the iPad Air 4 theoretically better managed and comes with a larger battery.
